MiLife-Victoria launches its Strategic Plan for 2022-2026
After much work and consultation with our stakeholders including clients and their families, staff and the board, we are proud to announce the launch of the MiLife-Victoria Strategic Plan 2022-2025.
The new vision for the organisation is: ‘People of all abilities living life to the fullest.’
Seven Strategic Objectives will guide the organisation over the coming years. These objectives have a strong focus on people, clients and staff, as well as organisational growth and sustainability.
“We are really passionate about empowering the people we support,” tells CEO Amanda Youngs. “The future of the organisation sees clients enjoying their communities, and being supported to do the things they choose to do.”
The Strategic Plan aims to support current staff as well as attract and retain new staff to ensure that MiLife-Victoria can help more people, develop new services and be a great place to work.
“We need to grow the organisation in order to be sustainable so we can continue doing the great work we do and ensuring the community gets the support that it needs.”
