Community Connections

MiLife-Victoria's Community Connection programs provides support to people to participate and engage in all aspects of day to day community life.

Our Community Connections programs seek to immerse people in their local communities and supports participants to build genuine connections and become valued participating members of their communities.

Rather than offer programs separate from community we seek to match people’s interests, goals and aspirations with already existing community activities, services and organisations.

All activities are supported by qualified staff members and are aligned with participants NDIS goals.

People who require individual support are able to be supported to participate in group activities.

Community Connections programs support people to engage in a range of different activities including volunteering, health and wellbeing, independent living and recreation.

If you are interested in participating in Registered NDIS providers Community Connections programs and you have suitable NDIS funding please contact us.
