NDIS Assessment and Finance - full time

MiLife-Victoria is a leader in disability support, currently transitioning to the NDIS and we are seeking an individual who is highly motivated and able to work independently to join our Business Team. The role of Customer Service – Finance is full time and located in at our head office in Frankston. The key accountabilities for the role include:
• Assessing service requests for all NDIS customers;
• Preparing and monitoring service agreements with customers;
• Submitting claims for payment to NDIS and other plan managers, and reconciling payments;
• Maintaining customer data in our CRM system – Supportability;
• Providing customer data to external departments such as DHHS; and
• Processing customer invoices in our finance system – MYOB.
