Workplace Gender Equality Report


The Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (the Act) obligates MiLife-Victoria to report annually on details relating to our workplace gender balance. The aim of the Act and the annual reporting process is to: 

  • Improve workplace gender equality;
  • Promote discussions between employers and employees about workplace gender equality;
  • Encourage employers to end gender discrimination; and
  • Boost business productivity and competitiveness.

We have submitted our report for the 2018-19 reporting year, 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019, please take the time to review the report at Workplace Gender Equality Website.
